Who We Are

We have a defined culture powered by a desire to help others. This requires emotional maturity, patience, perseverance, and courage to take an uncommon stance in our industry. Our core is built around our “why” and are inherently necessary to cultivate a culture of service.

What is our why?

Ezer Group was created to challenge the outdated, limited approach to client solutions. As founders working for other firms, we grew frustrated with offering only one or two options, knowing they wouldn’t fully meet our client’s needs. Too often, clients had already decided what to buy, leaving us as just a purchasing facilitator. Ezer Group’s mission is to help clients achieve their goals—reducing costs, expanding, consolidating, or navigating unexpected challenges—while strengthening their security posture and defenses.

core

values

Own it

Do you do something great? Own it. Did you make a mistake? Own It. We are all capable of failure and greatness, and fear of response will rob you of being your best.

Move Forward

Learn and progress. Make mistakes. Do what makes you uncomfortable.

Ask for help

No one can do all things on their own all the time. Be willing to ask for help when you need it. It’s not a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of strength.

Serve

A culture of service is only successful when it is built around servant-leaders.

Be optimistic

Life is hard enough as it is. Being pessimistic makes it that much harder. Not everything will work out, but we will find a way to succeed regardless.

Care

For those in your charge and around you.

Our Vision

We aim to help our clients drive organizational growth and improvement by strategically partnering with them to reduce cyber risk. We do this through a tailored approach, delivering services customized to our client’s unique needs.

Our Mission

Our mission is to further reduce the impact of cybersecurity events and to add value back into “the consulting engagement” by treating each client as unique and crafting a forward-thinking approach.

What is our WHY?

Ezer Group was born out of frustration with the status quo way things are done currently. We were tired of only having one or two options for a client and knowing full well that we would not be able to provide a solution that met most of their needs. Far too often, the client had already decided what they wanted to procure, and we added no value other than being a purchasing vehicle. We want to help our clients meet their organizational goals, whether cost reduction, growth/expansion, consolidation, or some societal curve ball. All while furthering their security posture and improving their defenses.
